of 20 December 2010, Underbank will be closing
its Farm Stay cottages for short term stays
and its horse riding school. If you are interested
in a long term stay (minimum of four weeks)
or have a group of 30 or more please do not
hesitate to contact us to discuss our various
group accommodation options.

a relaxed environment in which to unwind.
Perfect
for families and friends, Underbank's farm
stay cottages are available year
round
(by prior booking only) and being only 45
minutes from the CBD, the travel time is
kept nice and short.
Activities
Underbank
offers various farm activities for the family
including;

a hayride tour of the property

lead pony ride for the children

of places to ride the bike (guests bring
own bikes and helmets)

the footy

fabulous "giant games"

room (with snooker, ping pong & fooze

Animal feeding: guests are welcome to bring
along carrots and apples for the horses and
the goats, geese and chooks will love dining
on your unwanted food scraps.

All accommodation is nestled between paddocks
and yards, close to the animals and the action
in the riding arena.

very cute animals, including horses (miniatures
too), alpacas, goats, geese and
more, the children absolutely love visiting
Underbank Stud.

Kindly note, whilst the rates remain the same
year round, the minimum nights per stay is
2 nights off peak, 3 nights during holidays
and long weekends.
